٣ ملاعق ابن زبادي او يوغرت
نصف كوب زيت نباتي
٥ أكواب طحين متعدد الاستعمالات
ملعقة كبيرة ملح

خلطة الكشك:
كشك
ماء
زيت نباتي
دبس الفليفلة
دبس البندورة
بندورة مقطعة
بصل مقطع
رشة فلفل اسود
بابريكا

خلطة الزعتر:
زعتر مع زيت زيتون
