I am sowing radish 'Ceslesta' today. Very easy root vegetable that grows in cool weather, can be planted multiple times in a growing season. Seed will germinate at 5ºC (41F), in about 8-10 days. Also planting Corn salad (Lamb's lettuce), seeds sprout best in cool moist soil. This plant can withstand temperatures down to -15ºC (5F), it's a cold weather crop. Last sowing is Arugula, rucola selvatica, prefers light shade, harvest ready in 4-6 weeks, cut and come again crop.
