Training is definitely paying off. No problem with an extended VO2 Max effort. Anything beyond 5 minutes used to hurt me so much but now I could hang.
I was expecting to beat my 5 minutes PB on Zwiftpower and I was right. I did it with a little more in the tank. Now I just need to continue the work and get my weight down soon.
Never been dropped on a descent on Zwift. First time for everything I supposed. Definitely something to laugh about haha!
