Ingredients : ( Servings - 4 Persons or 4 Cups ) 1 cup = 125gm

For Plain Lemon Tea : ( for 2 cups tea )
1. Water - 2½ cups
2. Tea Powder ( Chaha Pati ) - 1 tbsp
3. Honey ( Mahu ) - 1 tbsp ( or as required ), use Sugar instead of it
4. Black Salt ( Kala luna ) - A pinch ( or as per taste )
5. Lemon Juice ( Lmbu Rasa ) - a little ( 6-8 drops or as required )
6. Fresh Mint Leaves ( Pudina Patra )

For Masala Lemon Tea : ( For 2 Cups )
1. Water - 2½ cups
2. Tea Powder ( Chaha Pati ) - 1 tbsp
3. Black Pepper Corn ( Kala golmaricha ) - 1/2 tbsp or take 1/4 tbsp black pepper powder
4. Cloves ( Labanga ) - 6 pcs
5. Crushed Ginger ( Ada ) - 1/2 inch
6. Jaljira Powder - 1/2 tbsp
7. Sugar - 1 tbsp
8. Honey - 1 tbsp ( or as required )
9. Black salt ( as per taste )
10. Lemon Juice - 6-8 drops ( or as per taste )
11. Fresh Mint leaves
