100 grams of butter, fat content at least 82.5%. 370 ml milk. Place the pan on the fire. Melt the butter completely. This takes about 3 minutes. Beat continuously with a mixer for 5 minutes. Then strain the milk through a sieve. And pour the milk into the pan again. Put it back on the fire. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar. 1 lemon. Roll out well until it becomes soft. Then squeeze out the lemon juice. When the milk is almost boiling, add 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix well and turn off the heat. Cover with a lid and let rest for 10 minutes. Prepare a cup and a strainer. Cover with cling film. Leave on for a few hours. Time is up. It turns out to be a very tasty cream cheese. Bon appetit ❤️.
