Are you asking yourself what our purpose in life is? Is there a fixed purpose, or do we make one along the way? Then you are in the right video.

Guru Pashupati Ji, a revered Himalayan Yogi, explains the secret to finding one's purpose step-by-step.

In this episode, Guruji answers questions such as...

1. If someone faces many problems, where can they find their purpose?

2. Is our purpose in life pre-determined at birth? Or do we find out by our experience?

3. Does every woman have a unique life purpose?

4. How important is it for every woman to know her purpose?

5. Is there a good purpose and a bad purpose?

6. When is the right time for a woman to understand her purpose?

7. Can it be possible that an unrealized purpose of a previous birth is attained in the present birth?

8. Can ‘one’s purpose’ change with age, time, and through different phases of life?

9. Can we know our purpose through horoscope?

10. How can women find their core values and strengths?

11. Does a person need to be spiritually inclined to consider and find the purpose of their existence?

12. When women think of big goals, it seems too overwhelming to know whether this is what we should be pursuing and where to begin. How do we approach such a situation?

13. Some women are unable to think big and beyond a certain future, which puts a lot of pressure on them to even think about their purpose. What should they do?

14. Generally, there are a lot of expectations on a woman, from the way they must conduct themselves to how they should live. But not so much on men. How can women discover ‘who they are’ beyond all the conditioning they get from family and society?

15. How should a woman handle her purpose and family duties if her duties create obstacles in pursuing her purpose?

16. When women start doing things for themselves, people around them don’t support them much. How do you overcome that obstacle and not give up?

About Guru Pashupati @gurupashupati

Guru Pashupati, also known as Ashwin Chekava, is a self-defence virtuoso with over 43 years of experience dedicated to empowering young girls and women. His journey began when he witnessed the fear that plagued his college female friends due to public harassment. Shocked by the harrowing stories of women's experiences, he took action. As his female friends worked 2 jobs and couldn't invest much time in learning, Guru Pashupati developed a 4-hour Module. In just 4 hours, he equipped them with life-changing self-defence techniques, focusing on awareness and body language and bolstering their confidence in public spaces.

This transformative four-hour module evolved into the acclaimed "She Said No" program, which reached 20 million girls through the Central Government agency NIPCCD. Guru Pashupati's commitment extended further as he co-founded the Na Boli Trust, where he educated over 500,000 government school children. His mission went beyond teaching self-defence only to girls; he taught young boys how to respect women in public settings.

Collaborating with the Karnataka Police on a project funded by UNICEF, he created gender sensitivity among law enforcement officers. He also worked in the Women's Helpline 1091, counselling women in need. Through 13 years of tireless efforts and unwavering dedication, he significantly reduced sexual harassment cases in the country.

Guru Pashupati's vision doesn't end here; "She Said No" is just the beginning. He aims to cultivate a generation of women educators who will shape a brighter future. He firmly believes that empowering one generation will pave the way for a more peaceful society a decade from now.

He is also a certified Martial artist. He has trained in more than 50 forms of Martial Arts.
