Let's cook rabbit using a potjiekos pot

Ingredients:
Whole rabbit
1 tsp Chilli flakes.
1 Tbsp Portuguese chicken spice.
2 Tbsp of potjiekos spice.
1 tsp thyme herbs.
1 tsp coriander spice.
1 Tbsp paprika
.
1 tsp Onion powder
.
1 tsp Garlic salt
.
1 All purpose seasoning / six gun
.
2 bay leaves
.
Water
.
Olive oil
.
Chicken stock cube x2
1/2 cup of white wine
1 tsp chilli paste or any chilli of your choice

Cooking time: 2 hours

Serve with Pap, rice, polenta or mash potatoes
